Western Suburbs
The western suburbs of Mumbai extend from Dahisar, Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Goregaon, Jogeshwari, Andheri, Juhu, Khar, Santacruz, Vile Parle, and Bandra. The average price per carpet area in the Western Suburbs stands at ₹38,800 per sq. ft., which is the same as the previous week. There have been three new entrants this week - Vasant Oasis, Godrej tranquil and Raheja Cassique, pushing out Kalpataru Radiance, Exquisite and Yashodhan. There have also been some positional changes as well. Sarova has fallen notably while Lodha Fiorenza has risen up the ranks. Apart from this, Esquire now holds the top position. Kanakia Paris and Sky City have retained their positions, while the upper order has been shuffled slightly.
Eastern Suburbs
The eastern suburbs of Mumbai extend from Bhandup, Kanjurmarg, Ghatkopar, Mulund to Govandi, Vikhroli, and Diva. The average price per carpet area in the Eastern Suburbs remains constant from the previous week and stands at ₹30,400 per sq. ft. This week, there has been one new entrant, pushing off Runwal Forest, making way for Excellente. There have been some of the usual shufflings of positions, but most of them have been contained to one or two positions.
Navi Mumbai
Navi Mumbai is a planned city off the west coast of Maharashtra. The city covers the southern part of Thane taluka, part of Panvel and Uran taluka. The average price per carpet area in the Navi Mumbai continues to stand at ₹20,600 per sq. ft., which is the same as the previous week. There have been some shifts in the list this week, with 2 new entrants pushing off Tricity Luxuria and Gardenia off the list. The new entrants are Utsav City and Alvario. Apart from these changes, there have been some hierarchal shifts as well.
South Mumbai
South Mumbai extends from Colaba in the south to Mahim and Sion in the north. The average price per carpet area in South Mumbai stands at ₹69,100 per sq. ft., which is the same as last week. This week, there have been two new entrants on the list as both Blu and Beaumonte are no longer a part of this list. The new entrants are World View and Island City Centre. Crescent Bay has retained its position of being the most popular.
Thane
Thane district lies on the North of Konkan division and is one of the few industrially advanced districts in the state of Maharashtra. The average price per carpet area in the Western Suburbs stands at ₹20,500 per sq. ft., which is the same as last week. There has been just one new entrant on the list. Immensa features on this list, pushing out Godrej Emerald. Meanwhile, not much has changed in the rankings except for Rustomjee Azziano that has fallen to the sixth position, while Kalpataru Camellia has risen to the third. Runwal Eirene too had a dismal performance and ranked 10th, this week.
