Western Suburbs

The western suburbs of Mumbai extend from Dahisar, Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Goregaon, Jogeshwari, Andheri, Juhu, Khar, Santacruz, Vile Parle, and Bandra. The average price per carpet area in the Western Suburbs stands at ₹38,800 per sq. ft., which is the same as the previous week. There have been two new entrants this week - Kanakia Rainforest and Runwal Elegante, pushing out Sarova and Rajeha Classique. There have also been some positional changes as well. Esquire has fallen notably. Apart from this, Sky City now holds the top position. Kanakia Paris and Western Heights have retained their positions, while the upper order has been shuffled slightly.

Eastern Suburbs

The eastern suburbs of Mumbai extend from Bhandup, Kanjurmarg, Ghatkopar, Mulund to Govandi, Vikhroli, and Diva. The average price per carpet area in the Eastern Suburbs remains constant from the previous week and stands at ₹30,400 per sq. ft. This week, there have been four new entrants, pushing off Allure, Jaswanti Woods, Excellente, and Atlantis to make way for Emerald Isle, The Trees, Vicinia and Runwal Bliss. There have been some of the notable shufflings of positions, with Sheth Montana and Intelligentia slipping heavily.

Navi Mumbai

Navi Mumbai is a planned city off the west coast of Maharashtra. The city covers the southern part of Thane taluka, part of Panvel and Uran taluka. The average price per carpet area in the Navi Mumbai continues to stand at ₹20,600 per sq. ft., which is the same as the previous week. There have been some shifts in the list this week, with 3 new entrants pushing off Amarante, Codename Golden Dream and Alvario off the list. The new entrants are Sai Mannat, Sai World City and Sai World Empire. Apart from these changes, there have been some hierarchal shifts as well. Utsav City has climbed up the ranks from its previously held ninth position to the fifth position, this week.

South Mumbai

South Mumbai extends from Colaba in the south to Mahim and Sion in the north. The average price per carpet area in South Mumbai stands at ₹69,100 per sq. ft., which is the same as last week. This week, there have been two new entrants on the list as both Island City Center and Lodha Maison are no longer a part of this list. The new entrants are Trump Tower and One Avighna Park. Crescent Bay has retained its position of being the most popular, and World View too has climbed the ranks exponentially. However, Avana's standing in the list hs dipped drastically.

Thane

Thane district lies on the North of Konkan division and is one of the few industrially advanced districts in the state of Maharashtra. The average price per carpet area in the Western Suburbs stands at ₹20,500 per sq. ft., which is the same as last week. There have been three new entrants on the list. Solitaire, Neel Kanth Woods, and Godrej Emerald feature on this list pushing out Rustomji Azziano, One Hiranandani Park and The Walk, out. Meanwhile, not much has changed in the rankings except for Runwal Eirene's performance which is better this week. Dosti West County has been seen slipping further this week.
