Western Suburbs

The western suburbs of Mumbai extend from Dahisar, Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Goregaon, Jogeshwari, Andheri, Juhu, Khar, Santacruz, Vile Parle, and Bandra. The average price per carpet area in the Western Suburbs stands at ₹40,200 per sq. ft., which is 3.6% higher than the previous week. There has been one new entrant this week -Sarova, pushing outRunwal Elegante. There have also been some positional changes as well. Vasant has risen notably, going from the fifth position to the second. Apart from this, Sky City now holds the top position. Kanakia Paris and Western Heights have retained their positions, while the upper order has been shuffled slightly. Kanakia Sevens has fallen to the seventh position.

Eastern Suburbs

The eastern suburbs of Mumbai extend from Bhandup, Kanjurmarg, Ghatkopar, Mulund to Govandi, Vikhroli, and Diva. The average price per carpet area in the Eastern Suburbs stands at ₹30,500 per sq. ft. which is 0.32% higher than the previous week. This week, there has been one new entrant, pushing off Vicinia to make way for Allure. There have been some of the notable shufflings of positions, with Runwall Bliss, Alta Vista slipping notably. Meanwhile, The Trees has made good growth up the list.

Navi Mumbai

Navi Mumbai is a planned city off the west coast of Maharashtra. The city covers the southern part of Thane taluka, part of Panvel and Uran taluka. The average price per carpet area in the Navi Mumbai continues to stand at ₹20,800 per sq. ft. which is 0.97% higher than the previous week. There have been some shifts in the list this week, with no new entrants. There have been some hierarchal shifts. Seawoods Residences has slipped down the ranks from its previously held sixth position to the eighth position, this week.

South Mumbai

South Mumbai extends from Colaba in the south to Mahim and Sion in the north. The average price per carpet area in South Mumbai stands at ₹69,100 per sq. ft., which is 2.6% lower than last week. This week, there are no new entries on to the list. Crescent Bay has retained its position of being the most popular, along with World View. However, One Avighna Park has risen up the ladder notably.

Thane

Thane district lies on the North of Konkan division and is one of the few industrially advanced districts in the state of Maharashtra. The average price per carpet area in the Western Suburbs stands at ₹20,500 per sq. ft., which is the same as last week. There have been two new entrants on the list. Rustomji Azziano and The Walk feature on this list pushing out Solitaire and Immensa out. Meanwhile, not much has changed in the rankings except for Runwal Eirene's performance which is better this week. Kalpataru Camellia has been seen slipping further this week.
