Western Suburbs

The western suburbs of Mumbai extend from Dahisar, Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Goregaon, Jogeshwari, Andheri, Juhu, Khar, Santacruz, Vile Parle, and Bandra. The average price per carpet area in the Western Suburbs stands at ₹38,500 per sq. ft., which is 2.39% higher than the previous week. There has been one new entrant in the list, pushing out Exquisite. Alongside this change, there have been some positional changes as well. Vasant Oasis has registered remarkable growth, going from the tenth position, all the way up to the fourth position. Sarova too has risen through the ranks, going from the ninth position to the second position. While Runwal Elegante is the new entrant on this list, projects like Kanakia Paris, and Esquire have both seen some slips down the ranking.

Eastern Suburbs

The eastern suburbs of Mumbai extend from Bhandup, Kanjurmarg, Ghatkopar, Mulund to Govandi, Vikhroli, and Diva. The average price per carpet area in the Eastern Suburbs remains constant from the previous week and stands at ₹30,400 per sq. ft. There have been three new entrants in the list, pushing out three of the previous rank holders off the list - Atlantis, Runwal Bliss and Jaswanti Woods. The new projects that have made their way on to the list are Intelligentia, Grand Residency and Poddar Spraha Diamond. Alongside this change, there have been some positional changes as well. Alta Vista and Wadhwa Atmosphere have switched places again, as the first and second ranking projects.

Navi Mumbai

Navi Mumbai is a planned city off the west coast of Maharashtra. The city covers the southern part of Thane taluka, part of Panvel and Uran taluka. The average price per carpet area in the Navi Mumbai continues to stand at ₹20,600 per sq. ft., which is the same as the previous week. There has been one new entrant in the list, pushing out both Arihant Anshula off the list, bringing in Sai World City, in the tenth spot. Alongside this change, there have been some positional changes as well. Indiabulls and Greenworld appear to have switched their previous rankings, with the latter at the first position and the former at the third position. Codename Golden Dream has registered a significant fall, to the ninth position.

South Mumbai

South Mumbai extends from Colaba in the south to Mahim and Sion in the north. The average price per carpet area in South Mumbai stands at ₹69,000 per sq. ft., which is 0.57 % lower than the previous week. This week, there have been two new entrants on the list in the bottom half of the rankings, pushing out Blu and Island City Centre. The two rank holders are Minerva and Planet Godrej. Meanwhile, there have been some positional changes as well. Siddha Sky has fared better this week, rising to the sixth position.

Thane

Thane district lies on the North of Konkan division and is one of the few industrially advanced districts in the state of Maharashtra. The average price per carpet area in the Western Suburbs stands at ₹20,400 per sq. ft., which is the same as the previous week. There has been one new entrant on the list. There has been one new entrant on the list this week, with Solitaire pushing out Godrej Emerald. Meanwhile, there has been considerable positional changes as well. Rustomjee Azziano shows remarkable progress by rising up to the fifth rank, from its previous tenth. The Walk, however, hasn't fared as well, now ranking at the ninth position.
