The eastern suburbs of Mumbai extend from Bhandup, Kanjurmarg, Ghatkopar, Mulund to Govandi, Vikhroli, and Diva. The average price per carpet area in the Eastern Suburbs stands at ₹ 30,400 per sq. ft., which is 0.38% lesser than the previous week.The Trees by Godrej Properties in Vikhroli is a new entrant in the top 10 most demanded projects in this area, while Senroofs by Neelam Realtors missed a spot this week.
Navi Mumbai
Navi Mumbai is a planned city off the west coast of Maharashtra. The city covers the southern part of Thane taluka, part of Panvel and Uran taluka. The average price per carpet area in the Navi Mumbai stands at ₹ 20,300 per sq. ft., which is 0.49% lesser than the previous week.Balaji Symphony by Space India Builders and Developers in Panvel moved two ranks up, while Bhumiraj Hills by Bhumiraj Group in Belapur and Rivergate by Akshar Group in Panvel were new entrants to the list. Fortune City and Goodwill missed a spot this week.
South Mumbai
South Mumbai extends from Colaba in the south to Mahim and Sion in the north. The average price per carpet area in the South Mumbai stands at ₹ 70,200 per sq. ft., which is 0.43% lesser than the previous week.While most projects in the top 10 demanded projects list remained same this week, the project Avana by Kalpataru in Parel interchanged ranks with 25 South by The Wadhwa Group and Hubtown in Prabhadevi.
Thane
Thane district lies on the North of Konkan division and is one of the few industrially advanced districts in the state of Maharashtra.
