Aristo Pharmaceuticals Private Limited has acquired an office space in Andheri West, Mumbai, for ₹111.26 crore, as per the property registration documents. The office units are spread across the first and second floors of Parinee Realty Private Limited's commercial tower named 'Parinee I'.
Andheri is among Mumbai's biggest and most crowded suburbs. Situated in the west, it hosts one of the nation's busiest train stations and remains a vital industrial center.
While both Andheri East and West contain various business and industrial hubs, they have very different personalities and real estate markets.
1. Earlier this month, Sohail Khan sold a commercial office space located in the Arc One building on the Link Road in Andheri West, Mumbai. The property was sold to Bilkish Associates Private Limited for ₹5.90 crore. The transaction also includes three car parking spaces. The company paid ₹35.40 lakh for stamp duty and ₹30,000 for registration fee, for the transaction registered on March 27, 2026.
2. In 2025, Kartik Aaryan and his parents, Mala Tiwari and Manish Tiwari, acquired an office space for ₹13 crore, as per the property registration documents. Located in Signature by Lotus in Mumbai's Andheri West, the property's RERA carpet area is 176.98 sqm and the built-up area is 194.67 sqm.
3. In November 2025, Hrithik Roshan along with his father Rakesh Roshan's HRX Digitech LLP, and his mother Pramila Roshan's Filmkunj (Bombay) Pvt Ltd acquired 10 office units. Located in Yura Business Park's 3rd and 4th floors, Andheri West, Mumbai, the office units were purchased for ₹28 crore.
Aristo Pharmaceuticals' ₹111 crore acquisition in Andheri West highlights a strategic shift toward corporate ownership to bypass rising leasing costs in Mumbai's high-demand commercial market. This investment secures a premium location, reinforcing the company's presence in a key, supply-constrained district.
