


Facebook India Online Services Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Meta Platforms Inc., has renewed its lease for the commercial space for five years in Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC). As per the property registration documents, the total rent of the space leased is more than ₹200 crore.
1. In June 2025, JP Morgan Private Limited pre-leased a commercial office space of 1.16 lakh sq ft for ₹6.91 crore rent per month. The space leased is located on plot no. 65 in G Block in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai. The space is leased for a period of ten years, spanning the 11th and 12th floors of the commercial tower, which is being developed by Goisu Realty Private Limited.
2. In March 2025, Tesla, an automotive company, leased a showroom space of 4,000 sq ft in Mumbai's BKC area for five-year tenure for ₹23.38 crore. Located on North Avenue in a commercial building named Maker Maxity, the space is leased at a monthly rent of ₹35 lakh.
BKC, one of the most expensive commercial business districts, is considered a significant area for the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector and Fortune 500 companies. Being Mumbai's CBD, it houses multiple renowned companies in the area such as Netflix, the National Stock Exchange, Facebook, WeWork, CISCO, Jio, Spotify, Apple, Standard Chartered Bank, Amazon, Blackstone, Pfizer, and Tesla.
The area is also known for housing government institutions including the Reserve Bank of India, the Family Court, the GST, and the Income Tax Department. Furthermore, the US Consulate has an expansive campus inside BKC.
Publicly traded technology giants like Meta, Apple, and Google are reinforcing their long-term presence in India by committing to high-value, five-year leases at One BKC in Mumbai's Bandra-Kurla Complex. These transactions highlight a continued demand for premium Grade A office spaces and underscore the sustained, high-rental value of this premier business district.
