Table Space Technologies Pvt Ltd, a co-working space operator, has leased a commercial space of 1.45 lakh sq ft for a period of five years in Gurugram. According to the property registration documents, the space is leased for ₹2.85 crore rent per month.

• The leased commercial space is located on the 13th, 14th and 15th floors of Godrej GCR in Gurugram's Sector 42.
• As per the documents, the space is leased from Munjal Hospitality Pvt Ltd.
• The commercial space is leased for five-year tenure, starting from January 15, 2026.
• The initial rent of the space is ₹2.85 crore per month, with 5% annual rent escalation year-on-year.
• The company paid ₹10.74 crore for the security deposit, as per the documents.
