


Accenture, an IT services and consulting major company, has leased a commercial space of 1.65 lakh sq ft in Noida at a total rent of ₹195 crore. According to the property registration documents, the company leased the commercial space from Onward Coworkx Pvt Ltd for a period of five years.
1. Earlier this year in February, Oppo Mobiles India Private Limited had subleased a commercial space of 4.3 lakh sq ft to Bhagwati Products Ltd. Located in Greater Noida in a building named Sector Ecotech 7, the space is leased for a rent of ₹1.04 crore per month. With the registration on February 5, and commencement date on January 1, the space is leased for a period of 4 years and 8 months.
2. MetLife Global Operations Support Centre Private Limited had leased an office space of 75,000 sq ft at a monthly rent of approximately ₹41.84 lakh in October 2025. The space located in Noida at Embassy Office Parks Real Estate Investment Trust's Oxygen Business Park is leased for a period of five years.
