


Jabil Inc. is a US-based global manufacturing leader that provides end-to-end design, engineering, and production for electronic components, systems, and finished goods.
Jabil Circuit India Pvt Ltd, Apple's key supplier Jabil's arm, has leased a warehousing facility of 4.1 lakh sq ft. The facility is located in Ranjangaon, Pune district and is leased for a period of ten years at a monthly rent of ₹94.84 lakh, as per the property registration documents.
Ranjangaon MIDC (Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation), situated 50 km from Pune in Maharashtra, is a significant industrial hub, housing major manufacturing companies such as electronics, automotive and engineering sectors.
The warehouse in Ranjangaon is located on the Pune-Ahilyanagar Highway, providing connectivity and operational advantages. The documents further stated that the property has been sub-leased to Jabil by KVR Industrial Park Private Limited and owned by MIDC.
1. Mahindra Logistics Limited
In 2025, Mahindra Logistics Ltd had leased an industrial space of 2.97 lakh sq ft for a five-year tenure at a monthly rent of ₹71.37 lakh. Located near Pune at Sudhawadi on the Talegaon-Chakan Highway, the property is owned by Gauri Vijaya Induslog Park, as per the documents.
Another transaction took place by the company in 2025, wherein it leased a space from Karanje Emerald Logistics Park Pvt. Ltd. in Khed, near Pune. Registered on January 20, 2025, the transaction included a security deposit of ₹3.45 crore, registration fee of ₹1,000 and stamp duty payment of more than ₹18 lakh.
2. Steelcase Asia Pacific Holdings
Last year, the manufacturing company, Steelcase Asia Pacific Holdings, leased a warehousing space of 1.27 at a monthly rent of ₹46.42 lakh. Located in Indospace Industrial Park, the company leased two units at ₹36.37 per sq ft per month for five years. According to the documents, the lease commenced on January 29, 2025 and a six-month deposit of ₹2.78 crore was paid by the company.
3. Welspun One
In December 2025, Welspun One announced it would develop a 1.2 million sq ft Grade A logistics park by investing ₹550 crore. Located in Pune, in the Talegaon-Chakan belt, the company was allotted a MIDC-notified land parcel of 46 acres. The aim of this logistics asset was to connect factories to fulfilment and distribution networks, according to the company.
