TARC Ltd, a Delhi-based listed realty firm, is anticipating a total revenue of approximately ₹4,500 crore from its ongoing ultra-luxury residential project named 'TARC Kailasa', located in New Delhi's Kirti Nagar. The company is leveraging its 6-acre land parcel to address the market's strong demand and limited supply.
Regarding the company's annual performance, Amar Sarin noted that with ₹1,000 crore in sales already secured during the first three quarters, they are on track to hit ₹2,500 crore by the end of the fiscal year. He further said that the company has a strong lineup of new projects scheduled for release in the upcoming fiscal year.
TARC possesses an extensive land inventory in the Delhi-NCR property market, which it intends to monetize through a series of phased project launches. Additionally, Amar Sarin stated that the firm is seeking to expand its holdings by acquiring more land via both direct purchases and joint development arrangements with property owners.
TARC Ltd is positioning itself as a dominant player in Delhi's ultra-luxury segment by leveraging an extensive land bank and strategic launches like TARC Kailasa. The company is well-equipped to capitalize on sustained premium housing demand through a clear roadmap for asset monetization and aggressive future land acquisitions.
