Signature Global, a Gurugram-based real estate developer, is planning to develop a luxury housing project of branded homes with a total revenue potential of approximately ₹5,000 crore located in Gurugram's Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), as per Pradeep Aggarwal, the company's chairman.
Signature Global has entered into a partnership with Bengaluru's RMZ Group for the development of a land parcel of 18 acres. With this joint venture, a commercial project will be developed on this land with a total investment of around ₹7,500 crore.
The commercial project developed by Signature Global and RMZ will have a leasable area of 55 lakh sq ft, of which some space is dedicated for prime office space while the remaining space is allocated for retail and two hotels.
Pradeep Aggarwal has further stated that negotiations with hospitality brands are currently underway for the branded residence component, with a targeted sales launch expected within the next five to six months. The firm has expressed optimism that for the current financial year, it will attain the revised sales bookings target of ₹10,300 crore.
To formalise the partnership, Gurugram Commercity Ltd (GCL), a subsidiary of Signature Global, and Millennia Realtors (an RMZ entity) have signed a Securities Subscription and Purchase Agreement (SSPA).
Based on the agreement, the RMZ entity will secure a 50% ownership stake in Gurugram Commercity Ltd (GCL). This will be achieved by both buying existing shares and subscribing to new ones for a total investment of approximately ₹1,283 crore.
The 25-acre development represents a significant strategic move for Signature Global into ultra-luxury residential and institutional-grade commercial markets.
Aided by RMZ Group's expertise in high-end office spaces and a ₹1,283 crore investment, the project aims to generate a projected ₹5,000 crore revenue from branded residences and establish a premier business hub in Gurugram's real estate landscape.
