


Airbus India Private Limited, a Global aerospace and defence major company, has leased an office space of more than 1.51 lakh sq ft in Bengaluru's Titanium Tech Park. The space has been leased for a period of eight years at a monthly rent of ₹97.09 lakh.
According to the lease documents, the company's combined lease space has increased to almost 8 lakh sq ft, including its previous lease of 6.2 lakh sq ft in the same building.
In 2025, Airbus India had leased an office space of 5.63 lakh sq ft, covering from the 6th floor to the 15th floor. The rent per month of the leased space is ₹3.60 crore and the transaction was registered on January 7, 2025. On September 19, 2025, the company leased additional space of 57,508 sq ft on the fifth floor at a monthly rent of ₹36.80 lakh.
Airbus India leased a total office space of 6.2 lakh sq ft in Titanium Tech Park for a period of ten years. Under the terms of the agreement, a scalability clause grants the company the option to lease an additional 1.5 lakh sq ft after one year, which would bring its total occupancy to approximately 8 lakh sq. ft. The agreement features an extension option that allows the company to prolong the lease by five more years, potentially turning it into a 15-year commitment.

Qualcomm India Pvt Ltd, a global semiconductor major, leased an office space of 2.56 lakh sq ft for a five-year tenure in Bengaluru. Located in Constellation Business Park, Virgo Tower, on the fifth, sixth, seventh and eleventh floors, the space is leased at a total rent of ₹184 crore.
2. Amazon Development Centre India Pvt Ltd
Amazon Development Centre India Pvt Ltd renewed its lease of 6.76 lakh sq ft in 2024. Located in Bengaluru's Taurus 3 facility of Constellation Business Park, the leased space has been renewed for a five-year tenure with a starting rent of ₹4.92 crore per month.
Airbus India is doubling its Global Capability Centre (GCC) footprint in Bengaluru's Whitefield corridor, securing a potential 15-year lease at the Titanium Tech Park. This strategic expansion underscores the company's commitment to India and reflects a broader industry trend of consolidating large-scale engineering and digital hubs in the region.
