


Apple India Pvt Ltd has leased an additional office space of 1.21 lakh sq ft for ₹2.84 crore rent per month, expanding its presence in Bengaluru's Embassy Zenith. With this new lease within the same building, the company's total occupancy has increased to 3.89 lakh sq ft.
The technology major has committed to a total rental expenditure of approximately ₹1,333 crore for a lease period of ten years.
In April 2025, Apple India had leased 2.7 lakh sq ft of space from the fifth floor to the thirteenth floor and 362 car parking spaces in Embassy Zenith at a monthly rental of ₹235 per sq ft. The carpet area of all nine floors is 1.96 lakh sq ft with a chargeable area of 2.68 lakh sq ft.
According to the documents, the total rent of over 10 years is ₹1,010 crore which includes rent, parking spaces and common area maintenance charges. The company has paid a security deposit of ₹31.57 crore and has been paying the rent of ₹6.35 crore per month with an annual rent escalation of 4.5%.
