


Arvind SmartSpaces Limited, a listed real estate developer, announced on March 10 that it has acquired a high-rise housing project with an estimated top-line potential of approximately ₹330 crore. The company said that this acquisition is followed by its previous high-rise project on Sarjapur Road which was signed in February 2026.
Priyansh Kapoor, the MD and CEO of Arvind SmartSpaces, said that with this new acquisition the company's total revenue potential from all new projects added is around ₹2,840 crore, including the three Bengaluru additions of ₹1,740 crore. With these projects, the company is bolstering its portfolio of high-rise residential projects this fiscal year.
In 2013, Arvind SmartSpaces forayed into the Bengaluru market and has added 15 projects in the city so far, with six projects delivered whereas nine projects are at the development stages.
He further said that the brand 'Arvind' has a strong reputation with both homebuyers and landowners and is focusing to expand its portfolio across Ahmedabad, Bengaluru and Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
1. In October 2024, Arvind SmartSpaces had signed a residential project in Bengaluru covering a total estimated area of around 4.2 lakh sq ft and a topline potential of approximately ₹600 crore. Located near Whitefield on ITPL Road, this project was signed as a Joint Development Agreement (JDA).
2. In February 2024, Arvind SmartSpaces sold over 220 residential units worth more than ₹160 crore in its residential project titled 'Arvind Orchards'. Situated in Bengaluru's Doddballapur Road, Devanahalli, this was the company's second residential plotted township in the city.
Arvind SmartSpaces is accelerating its growth in Bengaluru through strategic high-rise developments and resulting in a ₹2,840 crore project pipeline for the fiscal year. By balancing acquisitions with joint ventures and expanding into Ahmedabad and the MMR, the firm is strengthening its position in key Tier-1 residential markets.
