




Godrej Properties Ltd, a Mumbai-based listed real estate developer, announced on February 3 that it has sold plots worth over ₹1,000 crore in Panipat, Haryana during the launch of its plotted development project titled 'Evora Estate'.
Being the first project in Panipat and fourth project for residential plotted townships in North India, the company has further expanded its footprint in the region.
Panipat as a micro-market is continuing to attract developers, homebuyers and investors alike because of its sustained infrastructure improvements, seamless connectivity through NH-44 as well as well-managed transport services and industrial network.
Due to its growing economy, this city is considered to be one of the attractive residential areas in North India.
1. Godrej Trilogy in Mumbai
On February 2, Godrej made an announcement that during the Phase 1 of its project titled 'Godrej Trilogy' it sold homes worth more than ₹2,000 crore in Mumbai's Worli. This project consists of three towers. The units with a total opened inventory of around ₹3,500 crore in two of the three towers have been purchased during the project's initial launch phase.
2. 8.5-Acre Land in Mahalunge, Pune
On January 30, the company announced its acquisition of a land parcel of 8.5 acres in Pune's Mahalunge area. Godrej plans to develop a residential project with an estimated revenue of ₹2,000 crore and a development potential of 2.1 million sq ft.
Gaurav Pandey, MD and CEO of Godrej Properties, said that with the company's expansion in Haryana, it aims to build homes that have high-quality and sustainable living environments for a good standard and quality of living for its communities. The selling of over 600 plots for more than ₹1,000 crore shows the firm's focus on creating homes that offer a long-term value and high quality of life for the customers preferring thoughtfully designed neighbourhoods.
