Mahindra Group's real estate and infrastructure arm, Mahindra Lifespaces, announced the launch of its new residential project, 'Mahindra Blossom'. Located in Bengaluru, this premium project has a potential gross development value (GDV) of approximately ₹1,900 crore, as said by the company in a regulatory filing on December 18. The launch of this project marks the company's third net-zero residential development in Bengaluru.
Mahindra Blossom, a premium residential project by Mahindra Lifespaces, aims to offer homes that blend comfort and luxury, supported by a wide range of lifestyle amenities.
In December 2025, Mahindra Lifespaces announced that it will redevelop a housing society in Mumbai's Matunga area, spanning across 1.53-acre of land. It has an estimated revenue potential of ₹1,010 crore, expanding the company's footprint in the city's micro market.
The company's total saleable area, which includes completed, ongoing, and forthcoming residential projects spans 53.30 million sq ft across seven Indian cities so far. It also has more than 5,000 acres of ongoing and forthcoming projects under development and industrial clusters across four locations.
Mahindra Blossom boasts a prestigious address because of its position in the Whitefield micro market. The company aims to expand its footprint in Bengaluru city as it is considered one of the key markets for residential development. As a strong end-user-driven city, the firm is strengthening its presence further in Bengaluru.
Vimalendra Singh, the Chief Business Officer - Residential of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd said that this project will offer well-designed and sustainable homes in a premium location as Whitefield has good connectivity and offers multiple employment opportunities. With a strong brand image and presence in Bengaluru, the company aims to have the same tremendous customer response for Mahindra Blossom's launch.
