Western Suburbs
The western suburbs of Mumbai extend from Dahisar, Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Goregaon, Jogeshwari, Andheri, Juhu, Khar, Santacruz, Vile Parle, and Bandra. The average price per carpet area in the Western Suburbs stands at ₹38,500 per sq. ft., which is the same as the previous week. There have been no new entrants this week. However, there have been some positional changes as well. Sarova has notably fallen down several ranks from the previous week, now standing at the seventh position, from last week's fifth-ranking. Apart from this, Kalpataru Radiance too has slipped further down. The biggest winner for this is Kanakia Paris, having gone straight to the topmost rank, from the last week. Along with it, Kanakia Seven to has gone up.
Eastern Suburbs
The eastern suburbs of Mumbai extend from Bhandup, Kanjurmarg, Ghatkopar, Mulund to Govandi, Vikhroli, and Diva. The average price per carpet area in the Eastern Suburbs remains constant from the previous week and stands at ₹30,400 per sq. ft. This week, there has been one new entrant, pushing off Poddar Spraha Diamond, as Runwal Bliss makes another comeback on to the list. There have been some of the usual shufflings of positions, but most of them have been contained to one or two positions.
Navi Mumbai
Navi Mumbai is a planned city off the west coast of Maharashtra. The city covers the southern part of Thane taluka, part of Panvel and Uran taluka. The average price per carpet area in the Navi Mumbai continues to stand at ₹20,600 per sq. ft., which is the same as the previous week. There have been some notable shifts in the list this week, with three new entrants, dethroning three old veteran projects from the list. The new entrants are Amarante, Tricity Luxuria and Rivergate, in the place of Codename Golden Dream, Sai World Empire and Sai Mannat. Apart from these changes, there have been some hierarchal shifts as well, with wise city climbing up the ladder from its previously held ninth position to the second position this week. Alongside this, even Fortune City seems to have made some growth in the rankings. Green Wolrd and Balaji Symphony have both slipped down several ranks this week.
South Mumbai
South Mumbai extends from Colaba in the south to Mahim and Sion in the north. The average price per carpet area in South Mumbai stands at ₹69,000 per sq. ft., which is the same as the previous week. This week, there have been two new entrants on the list in the bottom half of the rankings, pushing out Piramal Mahalaxmi and Celestia Spaces. The new entrants are Siddha Sky and Island City Center. Crescent Bay has retained its position of being the most popular. Projects like Avana have both taken a serious stumble, settling at the seventh rank, while Lodha Venezia is slowly making its way upwards.
Thane
Thane district lies on the North of Konkan division and is one of the few industrially advanced districts in the state of Maharashtra. The average price per carpet area in the Western Suburbs stands at ₹20,400 per sq. ft., which is the same as the previous week. There have been two new entrants on the list. Planet North and Godrej Emerald feature on this list, pushing out TenX Habitat and Sunrise Glory. Meanwhile, not much has changed in the rankings except for One Hiranandani Park that has fallen to the tenth position from its earlier held third position, last week.
