Popular projects across Mumbai for July - Week 4
Here are the projects that stood as the most demanded ones across Mumbai for the week.

Western Suburbs

The western suburbs of Mumbai extend from Dahisar, Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Goregaon, Jogeshwari, Andheri, Juhu, Khar, Santacruz, Vile Parle, and Bandra. The average price per carpet area in the Western Suburbs stands at ₹38,500 per sq. ft., which is the same as the previous week. There have been no new entrants this week. However, there have been some positional changes as well. Sarova has notably fallen down several ranks from the previous week, now standing at the tenth position, from last week's seventh-ranking. Apart from this, Kalpataru Radiance and Kanakia sevens have slipped further down. Kanakia Paris and Sky City have retained their positions, while the upper order has been shuffled slightly.


Eastern Suburbs

The eastern suburbs of Mumbai extend from Bhandup, Kanjurmarg, Ghatkopar, Mulund to Govandi, Vikhroli, and Diva. The average price per carpet area in the Eastern Suburbs remains constant from the previous week and stands at ₹30,400 per sq. ft. This week, there has been one new entrant, pushing off Poddar Spraha Diamond, as Runwal Bliss makes another comeback on to the list. There have been some of the usual shufflings of positions, but most of them have been contained to one or two positions.


Navi Mumbai

Navi Mumbai is a planned city off the west coast of Maharashtra. The city covers the southern part of Thane taluka, part of Panvel and Uran taluka. The average price per carpet area in the Navi Mumbai continues to stand at ₹20,600 per sq. ft., which is the same as the previous week. There have been some notable shifts in the list this week, with 5 new entrants, dethroning several old veteran projects from the list. The new entrants are Arihant Anshula, Codename Golden Dream, Sai Mannat, Green Woods and Waterfront, in the place of Fortune City, Wise City, Amarante, Tricity Luxury and Riverfront. Apart from these changes, there have been some hierarchal shifts as well, with Indiabulls Park climbing up the ladder to gain the first position. Alongside this, even Seawoods Residences seems to have made some growth in the rankings.


South Mumbai

South Mumbai extends from Colaba in the south to Mahim and Sion in the north. The average price per carpet area in South Mumbai stands at ₹69,100 per sq. ft., which is 0.14% higher than last week. This week, there has been one new entrant on the list right on top, as Minerva is no longer a part of this list. The new entrant is Piramal Mahalaxmi, regaining its top position. Crescent Bay has retained its position of being one of the most popular. Projects like Lodha Venezie and Altamount have both taken a serious stumble.


Thane

Thane district lies on the North of Konkan division and is one of the few industrially advanced districts in the state of Maharashtra. The average price per carpet area in the Western Suburbs stands at ₹20,500 per sq. ft., which is 0.49% higher than last week. There have been two new entrants on the list. TenX habitat and Sunrise Glory feature on this list, pushing out Kalpataru Paramount and Planet North. Meanwhile, not much has changed in the rankings except for Rustomjee Azziano that has fallen to the tenth position from its earlier held third position, last week while One Hiranandani Park has risen from the 10th position to the fourth.
