Jubin Nautiyal had purchased a 4HBK apartment in Mumbai's Madh Island for ₹4.94 crore in 2025. It is also located in Raheja Exotica Cyprus on the 34th floor with the apartment spanning 1,933 sq ft and deck area of over 200 sq ft. He paid a stamp duty of ₹29 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000 for the transaction which was registered on December 27, 2024.
3. Madh Island is a home to several other Bollywood actors including Sanjay Mishra, Ronit Roy, Kartik Aryan, Ayushmann Khurrana, Vivek Agnihotri, and Archana Puran Singh and Parmeet Sethi who own a bungalow in the area.
