Introduction

Mumbai-based real estate developer, Sunteck Realty Limited, plans to launch a new ultra-luxury residential project with a gross development value of around ₹3,000 crore. Located in Goregaon West, this project will be a 42 storey tower planned on a three-acre land parcel.

About the Project

  • The development comprising 225 apartments will have apartment configurations of large 3BHK and 4BHK units, private elevator access and lobbies.
  • The project will feature access to multiple recreational and lifestyle amenities of more than 100,000 sq ft such as landscaped gardens, 21,000 sq ft of double-height lobby and exclusive club for the residents.
  • Along with the several amenities, the homes will also offer beautiful views such as Mumbai skyline and views overlooking the Aarey Forest.
  • Designed by Hong Kong-based architect James Law, this development will be a mix of luxury residency units, commercial spaces and dining options.
  • According to the company, this development will contribute around ₹1,250 crore to the project's GDV in its initial phase.
