Radha Tanti, wife of Girish Tanti, Vice Chairman of Suzlon Energy, has acquired a high-end residential apartment in Mumbai's upscale Worli locality for ₹123 crore, according to property registration documents.
The luxury apartment is located on the 44th floor of Artesia, a premium residential tower in Worli. The property measures 6,772 square feet of RERA carpet area and includes an additional balcony space of 367 square feet, as per the registered documents.
The purchase also includes six dedicated car parking slots. The transaction was officially registered on February 2, 2026.
For the deal, a stamp duty payment of ₹6.17 crore was made, along with a registration fee of ₹30,000, the documents revealed.
The apartment was bought from Ravi Raheja of K Raheja Corp and his wife, Sumati Raheja, as stated in the Deed of Transfer.
An email query sent to K Raheja Corp seeking comments did not receive a response at the time of publication. Radha Tanti could not be contacted for a statement.
Worli has continued to witness significant ultra-luxury property deals in recent months. In December 2025, Suresh Pareek, founder of pharmaceutical firm Ideal Cures, and his wife Veena Pareek jointly purchased two luxury apartments in the same building, Artesia, for a combined value of ₹190 crore.
The two apartments, located on the 43rd floor, together measured more than 12,000 square feet of RERA carpet area. The sellers in that transaction were Chandru Raheja, Chairman of K Raheja Corp, and Jyoti Raheja.
Those apartments were transacted at an average rate of ₹1.56 lakh per square foot and came with balconies measuring over 1,100 square feet, along with open terraces exceeding 700 square feet.
Worli is widely regarded as one of Mumbai's most premium residential destinations. The locality is known for its luxury skyscrapers, sea-facing residences, and proximity to key business districts.
According to market data, the average property price in Worli, including both primary and secondary market transactions, stood at around ₹84,754 per square foot as of December 2024, reflecting its position as a high-demand micro-market in the city.
The ₹123 crore purchase by Radha Tanti adds to the growing list of high-value residential transactions in Mumbai's premium Worli micro-market. Known for its ultra-luxury towers and sea-facing residences, the locality continues to attract affluent buyers and corporate leaders seeking exclusive living spaces. With several similar big-ticket deals recorded in recent months, Worli remains one of the most resilient and high-demand real estate pockets in the city, reinforcing Mumbai's position as India's top destination for luxury property investments.
