


Devisha Yadav, wife of cricketer Suryakumar Yadav, bought an apartment of 1,500 sq ft which is valued at ₹7.18 crore, as per the property registration documents. This purchase strengthens the couple's real estate portfolio in the same residential projects named 'Godrej Sky Terraces' developed by Godrej Properties.
Godrej Sky Terraces is a residential project spanning across 1.05 acres of land, with apartment configurations of 3BHK and 4BHK units. As per the reports, the project has filed 25 sale registrations between March 2024 and February 2025, worth ₹202 crore. The property prices in the project are currently benchmarked at a rate of ₹52,433 per sq. ft.
Suryakumar Yadav and Devisha Yadav had previously bought two apartments valued at ₹21.1 crore on the 17th and 18th floors of Godrej Sky Terraces in 2025, as per the property registration documents. The combined area of the two apartments is around 4,222 sq ft, whereas the built-up area is more than 4,568 sq ft.
In the transaction which was registered in March 2025, she paid a stamp duty of ₹1.26 crore and ₹30,000 for registration fee. The agreement further mentions six car parking spaces designated for the apartments.
