This project, with its Phase 1 scheduled for completion by July 2030, has a total planned investment of more than Rs 750 crore. It is funded through internal accruals, IFC support, ICICI Pru NCD-backed financing and customer advances. Located near NH-48, Ashiana Aaroham also shares proximity to the Dwarka Expressway, Southern Peripheral Road, and the KMP Expressway. This project has 542 units, consisting of six towers with apartment configurations ranging from premium 3BHK to 5BHK homes as well as duplex options. With the land fully paid and owned by Ashiana Housing, its Phase 1 which comprises 182 units will have the price range between Rs 2.99 crore and Rs 4.19 crore.
This project will also offer access to multiple amenities to provide a lifestyle filled with comfort and luxury. Another major factor of this project is its 6,022 sq. ft. earning hub for art and craft studios, music and dance rooms, a library, and other activity spaces.
