




The founder of pharmaceutical company Ideal Cures, Suresh Pareek and his wife, Veena Pareek, have jointly purchased two luxury apartments in Worli, Mumbai. The apartments located on the 43rd floor of Raheja Artesia were purchased for ₹190 crore. According to the documents, these apartments have a RERA carpet area of over 12,000 sq ft.
1. Pharmaceutical firm USV chairperson Leena Gandhi Tewari made an ultra-luxury purchase in Mumbai's Worli area in 2025, in a 40-storey premium tower named Naman Xana, worth around ₹739 crore.
2. Zydus Family Trust made a real estate transaction of ₹200 crore at Oberoi Three Sixty West in Worli, Mumbai.
3. Sarvesh Singh, the Executive Director of Alkem Laboratories, made a purchase of a luxury home in Bandra West worth ₹174 crore in 2025.
4. Satish Kumar Singh and Premlata Singh, parents of Sandeep Singh, who is the founder of Alkem Laboratories bought a luxury duplex apartment on the 20th and 21st floors of the building worth ₹62.81 crore in Bandra, Mumbai.
5. Akshay Bansilal Arora and Shiven Arora of BlueJet Healthcare both purchased properties in Worli, Mumbai. Akshay Bansilal Arora acquired a residence at Palais Royale for ₹114.28 crore, while Shiven Arora invested ₹88.04 crore in a home at Raheja Artesia.
6. Sameer Madhukar of EdgePharma bought a property worth ₹76.61 crore in Prabhadevi at Hubtown 25 South.
7. Wallace Pharmaceuticals purchased a property at Skyi's 5 Aguada project worth ₹75 crore.
