  • While the ground floor has one living room, one sitting area, two bedrooms, one dining room, and a kitchen with storage, the first floor also features one living room, one sitting area, four bedrooms, four washrooms and two balconies. The second floor is designated for the terrace which is spread across 2,653 sq ft.
  • High-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and several developers have expressed interest in purchasing the bungalow.
