Shree Dhootapapeshwar Limited, an ayurvedic medicine firm, bought an apartment in Worli, Mumbai, which is valued at ₹121 crore. Located in Raheja's luxury residential project named 'Raheja Artesia', the apartment is on the 44th floor of the building, according to the property documents.
A pharmaceutical company Ideal Cures' founder, Suresh Pareek and his wife, Veena Pareek, had jointly purchased two luxury apartments valued at ₹190 crore in Worli, Mumbai, as per the property registration documents.
Located on the 43rd floor of Raheja Artesia, the RERA carpet area of the two apartments is more than 12,000 sq ft. The apartment was sold by Chandru Raheja, chairman of K Raheja Corp and Jyoti Raheja.
In August 2025, Blue Jet Healthcare's promoter and his family purchased three ultra-luxury apartments for more than ₹202 crore in Mumbai's Worli area.
The two apartment units bought by the chairman, Akshay Bansarilal Arora, has an area of 7,669 sq ft and the transaction also includes five car parking spaces. They were purchased for ₹57.14 crore each. The third apartment of 7,747 sq ft was purchased by the MD, Shiven Akshay Arora, for ₹88 crore.
High-value acquisitions by firms such as Shree Dhootapapeshwar Limited and Blue Jet Healthcare, along with purchases by founders of Ideal Cures, underscore a robust demand for ultra-luxury, sea-facing residences in Mumbai. Consequently, Worli has emerged as a premier hotspot for luxury projects priced above ₹1 lakh per sq ft, following the prominence of areas like Lower Parel and Bandra.
By commanding premium prices, these transactions reinforce the area's opulent status, where expansive, high-end residences are increasingly viewed as both a symbol of prestige and a stable investment.
