


Mumbai-based real estate developer, Raymond Realty, announced on March 12 that it has launched a housing project in Thane, near Mumbai. The project titled 'Ten X District 9' spans across 9 acres of land with an estimated revenue potential of approximately ₹2,000 crore.
The company's focus is to create a project that has a balance of both modern infrastructure and access to green and open spaces.
1. On January 21, the company announced the launch of a housing project titled 'The Address by GS, Wadala' with a revenue potential of ₹5,000 crore. Spread across 5.62 acres of land, it is located in Wadala, Mumbai, featuring apartment configurations of 2BHK and 3BHK residences. The project will offer access to multiple amenities such as a swimming pool, mini theater, lounge deck and a bowling alley, to name a few, along with a 45,000 sq ft clubhouse.
2. Earlier this week, Raymond Realty signed its seventh joint development project with a revenue potential of ₹3,000 crore. Located in Kandivali, Mumbai, this marks the company's third development in the city's Western Suburbs.
Raymond Realty's launch of Ten X District 9 in Thane represents a strategic expansion aimed at capturing premium, well-connected housing demand with a ₹2,000 crore revenue potential. The 9-acre project, featuring over 75 amenities and the 'Park Street' retail hub, establishes a comprehensive urban ecosystem designed to reinforce the company's footprint in the MMR.
Harmohan Sahni, the CEO of Raymond Realty, said that their aim is to create integrated communities by providing a balanced lifestyle with access to multiple lifestyle amenities, landscaped green spaces and a vibrant retail ecosystem.
